Rentals At-A-Glance
PLEASE NOTE: The cost of utilities is not included in the rental rates. To reserve a property, a non-refundable Reservation Deposit of ½ the Rent or $5,000 (whichever is less) is required. Once the Landlord has signed your Lease, cheque(s) will be required immediately, post-dated for 2 weeks preceding the possession date to cover 1) the balance of the rent and 2) the Damage / Utilities Deposit of at least $1,700.
We accept VISA & Master Card up to a limit of $2,000 per Lease.
The properties will be professionally cleaned prior to possession at Landlord expense. TRI-W will arrange a professional cleaning at the end of the lease at the Tenant’s expense.
If you would like to book an appointment to view properties please email us or call the office toll free number. Renting a property “sight-unseen” is not recommended but is allowed in which case ½ the rent is due immediately and is non-refundable once the Landlord has signed the Lease.
ABBREVIATIONS/DEFINITIONS
- Pet, Sna (small non allergenic) or Na (non allergenic) pet means the Owner will consider it. (Tenants renting for 1 month or longer with a pet must pay for a professional steam cleaning at the end of the lease)
- W/D means there is a washer and dryer in the unit
- Smoke or O/S smoke means the Owner will allow inside or outside smoking at the residence
- Groups means the Owner will consider a group of friends as opposed to a family.
