- TENANTS PLEASE NOTE: Tri-W acts as Agent solely for the Landlord and is
contractually and ethically obligated to serve the best interests
of the Landlord. We will do our utmost to give you good service
but you are not represented in terms of Agency.
- CONFLICTS between what is published on the website and what is written on
your signed Lease: because the website can be manipulated, in the
case of a discrepancy in pricing or promised items, that which
is in writing on your signed Lease shall be deemed the authority
and binding.

Short Stay - Weekly/Weekend Reservation Procedures

- You will need access to a fax machine to complete your booking
- For
reservations we deal with the Credit Card Holder only
- 50% Reservation Deposit taken on Credit Card at Sign Back
- Balance and
G.S.T. are due on Credit Card at Check-In
- Security Deposit Authorized

- Every effort is made to ensure accuracy but
rates may change without notice

| Cancellations: Must be in writing! The DEPOSIT is non-refundable
except
under one of the following two conditions: cancellation is received more<
than 60 days prior to the first day of occupancy or if Tri-W is able to re-rent
the premises for the same time period and for equal revenue. In either
case, an administration fee of $100.00 will be held back and not refunded.
After the Security Deposit Due Date, cancellations will not be accepted and
the Guest hereby acknowledges that rent and GST is committed and payable
in full. |

| Summer / Winter Seasonal Rentals (one month or longer) |

| PLEASE NOTE: The cost of Utilities is not included in
the rental amount.
We highly recommend that properties be pre-viewed prior to booking a rental.
Please call for an appointment time and an Agent will gladly take you. |
- A Reservation Deposit of at least $1000 (non refundable) is
due upon booking
- Post-Dated cheque(s) are due upon booking and are dated for two
Mondays prior to your check-in date. The Cheque(s) cover the balance
of the rent & the Security/Utility deposit of at least $1000
for a one month and
at least $1500 - $2500 for rentals longer than a one month period.

Quoted prices are minimum rates only and are subject to change.
All bookings are subject to final approval by the owner of the property.
All reasonable offers will be presented.

| Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non-refundable
except under one
of the following two conditions: the Tenant's cancellation is received in
writing within 7 days following his/her signing of the lease, or if Tri-W
is able
to re-rent the premises for equal revenue within 30 days of his/her signing.
In either case a $100.00 Administration Fee will be held back and not refunded. |
