TRI-W began in the early 1980′s as a property management company which also provided a rental service for its clients.
The company grew in popularity and established a name for itself and was purchased in 1994 by Steve and Jane Moysey.
TRI-W is now an independant Real Estate Sales Brokerage whose licensed Representatives adhere to the Code of Ethics and who complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to safeguard our clients during the complicated process of buying or selling or renting a property.
After buying TRI-W and moving to Collingwood, Jane & Steve quickly saw the opportunity that lay in converting renters into real estate buyers and landlords into real estate sellers and both achieved their real estate licenses in 1996 with Jane moving on to the Broker’s license in 1998.
Steve Moysey is an ex-professional squash player who became famous and was highly ranked in both Canada and in the World, and he operated a successful Corporate Travel business in Toronto for 15 years before buying TRI-W.
Jane Moysey was a flight attendant with Pan American for 12 years, then moved into the Toronto fitness industry as an instructor and club manager, then into marketing and advertising sales with several different national publications.
Brenda Caswell, TRI-W’s Bookkeeper and licensed REALTOR®, with TRI-W since October 1994, Sales Representative & licensed assistant to Steve and Jane.
Tracey Hogg, Office Manager, Rental Division Supervisor, with TRI-W since August 1998.
Christine Soti, Weekend Receptionist, with TRI-W since August 2005.
Oreen Robinson, Rental Associate / Receptionist, with TRI-W since October 2010.
Rhonda Day, Housekeeping Manager, with TRI-W since August 2010.
Kevin Gough, Licensed REALTOR® since 1997, Sales Representative, joined TRI-W in 1998, also custom builder and owner of Country Craftsman.
Karen Ciotti, Licensed REALTOR® since 2004, other than a brief hiatus with Sierra Realty, with TRI-W since April 2007.
Kathy Rasmussens, Licensed REALTOR® since 2008, joined TRI-W Dec., 2011, Sales Representative & licensed assistant to Steve and Jane.
Helen Bond, Licensed REALTOR® since Dec. 2011, Sales Representative, joined TRI-W Dec., 2011.
